Bedrooms
  
3 Bedrooms 2 of which are accessed via
a private entrance and are self contained, a ground floor room with
ensuite shower/toilet . the other room on the first floor has a
private bathroom with bath (very popular with walkers) and a shower. The 3rd bedroom, with
ensuite shower/ toilet is situated within the main house. All the bedrooms combine old fashioned charm with all the modern comforts you expect.

Breakfast
 
Full Scottish, vegetarian or
continental breakfast is served between 8.30.and 9.00. although early
breakfast is available, by prior arrangement, to allow you to make
the most of your day.

Private driveway for vehicles
and secure hardstanding to the back of the house for motor bikes and
cycles.

Packed lunches
are available on request. We are in the process of setting up drying
