Gaming Innovation Group Inc. signed a long-term agreement with Tipwin Ltd. to provide the GiG platform and the GiG Logic data platform. TIPWIN will use GIG to ensure its new casino offer under its own licenses of Maltese and Swedish gaming bodies. The agreement is based on a revenue sharing model with a minimum contract duration of three years.

Tipwin Ltd., founded in 2011, offers multichannel sports betting both offline and online under one brand. Tipwin currently operates over 1,500 retail bookmakers across Europe, which, together with their sponsorship of two German first league football teams, makes them one of the most recognized operators in the German retail betting market. Tipwin will integrate the technology of the GiG casino platform into its next generation sportsbook platform, which has been designed to capitalize on further digital transformation to online gambling in anticipation of nationwide German regulation for online casinos and sports betting in 2021.

It is expected that the casino proposal will be launched during the fourth quarter of 2020, and it is expected that this partnership will make a positive contribution to GIG income from 2021.

Ivica Batinic, CEO of Tipwin, says:

“Integrating leading casino technology GiG into our proprietary next generation sports betting platform will allow Tipwin to complement its overall iGaming portfolio. Over the past 9 years, Tipwin has successfully developed its land-based business throughout Europe, is now one of the fastest growing bookmaker operators in Europe and has developed a powerful technology portfolio including our own sports betting equipment. The casino technology partnership with GiG will complement our online products and help offer our customers and partners an unrivaled 360-degree portfolio of online and retail products. ".
