Mgm Resorts International ranked 107th in the list of 750 best employers in the world according to Forbes in 2020. MGM Resorts – the only company on Las Vegas Strip, which has fallen into this list. Other US companies listed in the category "Travel and Recreation" include Royal Caribbean Cruises (No. 134), Hyatt Hotels (No. 170) and Intercontinental Hotels Group (No. 219).

Forbes united with the Statista market research firm to compile their fourth annual list of the best employers in the world. They interviewed 160,000 employees working full and part-time, out of 58 countries working in enterprises in different countries or regions. The final list consists of 750 transnational and large corporations with headquarters in 45 countries.

All polls from Statista were anonymous, which allowed the participants to openly share their opinions. Polls were conducted on a moving basis from June to July, and participants were asked to appreciate their readiness to recommend their employers to friends and family. They were also asked to assess their satisfaction with the responses of employers to COVID-19 and evaluate their employers on image, economic influence, development of talents, gender equality and social responsibility.
